        The Trust’s main aims are:

• Encouraging Self-Publishers. We do this with advice in its Friends’ newsletter, Aspire, and also by running the unique Self-Publishing Awards (see entry form, and also that for the Anthology Trophy contest between Writers’ Circles).
• We encourage Friends to profile their favourite small hands-on charity to which we not merely give publicity own direct donations.
• We sponsor youths to go to the developing world to do useful work in their Gap Year and publish short reports on what was achieved.
• Aspire is a lively newsletter in its own right, reporting on these activities and giving advice on writing for publication or for effective use in a charity or small business.

BECOMING A FRIEND

By becoming a friend and reading Aspire, you will both support us and hopefully be encouraged and helped by us, and even inspired by what we and some of our other Friends achieve. For a single payment of £12, you can now become a Friend for the next five years, a mere 20p a month. Overseas rates the equivalent of £20. We hope you will join us.
